(this is the form used to request a certificate)

For new (from the manufacturer) hulls:
  1.  Following order confirmation, if desired, hull number assignment can be requested to be reserved, so that you may send the manufacturer what the eventual hull number will be. If this is desired, contact the Registrar via the email listed above and a hull number will be set aside for you at no cost. If this option is taken, continue to step 1. (a)., otherwise, continue to step 2.

    1. (a). If this option was taken, once delivery of your boat is completed, reach out to your local measurer, complete the measurement process, and have the measurer sign along the appropriate line on the Certification Control Form. Once the Form is complete, email the Registrar, and send the registration fee to the Treasurer. Certificate will be issued by the Registrar.

  2. Once hull arrives, email the registrar to request hull number assignment. Once the Registrar assigns a hull number,  contact your local measurer, complete the measurement process, and have the measurer sign along the appropriate line on the Certification Control Form. Once the Form is complete, email the Registrar, and send the registration fee to the Treasurer. Certificate will be issued by the Registrar.

Note: If you are constructing your own Hull, the above process still applies. You are considered the manufacturer.

If the hull has a valid certificate within the USA IOM NCA:

  1. On the bottom of the certificate, as the new owner, fill out the transfer hull portion.

  2. Email the registrar this form, and send the transfer fee to the Treasurer. Certificate will be issued by the Registrar.

If the hull has a valid certificate from an NCA other than USA:
